Riot also took out the revive summoner spell because they thought it was unhealthy game play. Riot keeps nerfing champions for specific things, then create worse offenders, all while forgetting to fix the champs they nerf.

I have been saying it since he was first released on the pbe. On hit is way better then crit because his passive does not scale good at all with crit but it fully aplies on-hit damage. On-hit is also stronger earlier if you can utilize it properly like Akshan can.

its a little funny, i heard so much talk about him being broken on paper when he was released, then i tried him in a training game, and his overall damage was a little on the low side, and his hook was also super slow. glad to see they brought him up to speed

yo for akshan top and bottom whenever the jungler ganks you can just go into a bush, grapple on the alcove wall, and swing behind the wall so that the jungler cant even body block you. champ can just perma shove top laners into tower and if a jungler comes to gank he can easily grapple from one bush to the other if the grapple land on the center of the wall. This also lets him stay in the fog of war permanently as long as the bushes dont have wards in them.

I suspect him to still be the strongest with Lethality. On PBE Crit felt garbage, the ult did no damage at all and his clunky auto attack made it feel bad. On-Hit was better especially against a team with some tankyness, a Lethality Akshan video would be nice ^^ PS: Black Cleaver is obviously decent, so is Hydra for even better clear plus AoE damage, Collector is nice, Youmuus for sure, really, Lethality Akshan is great, he deals so much damage, you just have to remember to cancel your second auto to kite, since those aren't your main focus and you will have plenty of movement speed

I really think the champion is actually perfectly fine despite winrate. He has weirdass mechanics and playing him a few times i necessary for sure. I ve got like 10 akshans in my game and like 8 of them died more than 10 times in less than 30 mins. No matter how bad a champion is dying this much just means you re dogshit at it
