I have continously doing your pcos series and I got my period within 2 weeks after starting and I'm doing yoga during periods too by watching this video. I thought my body didn't feel pain anymore during that time of the month. I woke up today and didn't feel great doing a strenuous workout so I opted for something slowand relaxing. I generally have severe cramps such that I can’t walk.. I tried this routine on day 1 and felt better..day 2 was way more relaxed than usual. This is such a natural way to heal the body. There’s definitely something magical in this flow as I have tried other yoga poses and those didn’t really help .. felt relaxed and connected to myself while doing this ..Thank you Akshay for this !! Wonderful gentle practice for the first day of periods. I just don’t do the hips work on elbows and downward dog because I don’t like to play with the blood flow when the hips are higher than the heart. But everything else is a bliss 🙏🏻🫶
