aap logo ka diet is not at all nourishing!! after baby birth body tends to become weak ...seen in ur vlogs app log non veg nahi khate agreed veg too has many options but ull dont eat ...soups , salads , boiled eggs , ect ...not only siddu and dals .. pls all of ull need to eat nourishing diet . First get nehas Chest X ray done . Going and staying in gaon with new born baby with no proper medical facilities is not advisable. and no point wasting go to Shimla soon and get proper medical checkup for neha .

Neha aap blood work krvaiye.. not mean to scare you or anything,, but aap ek baar proper check krvao.. and aap baar baar ye keh rahe ki mujhe apni tension nhi Aavya ki tension hai.. ye hota hai par baccho ke liye bhi healthy and happy parents bahot imp hai.. is baat ja bhi dhyan de.. also check for Uti, mastititis, engorgement of veins, see for your wound/surgical site.. has it healed properly or not.. thoda extra care krna hai is time pe... I hope ki aapka PCM se he jaldi se thik ho jaaye fever.. aur aap healthy rahe.. Hb bhi check krvana.. ho skta hai mild anemia ho.. hota hai after csection... Take care of yourself.
