बता दूँ कि चाहत ने 2013 में अपने पहले पति को छोड़कर फरहान मिर्ज़ा से शादी की और इस्लाम कुबूल किया, शादी के दो साल में ही फरहान से चाहत को दो बच्चे हुए, फरहान ने तीसरे साल फिर Try किया तो चाहत ने मना कर दिया, जिसके बाद चाहत का आरोप है कि उसके पति ने उसके साथ मारपीट की, आखिर फरहान ने गलत क्या किया ज़ब चाहत ने इस्लाम कुबूल ही कर लिया था तो उसे इस्लाम के कायदे भी मानने थे, लेकिन नहीं इन्हे तो बस मौज करने के लिए इस्लाम स्वीकारना था तो ऐसा नहीं चलेगा, चाहत को फरहान ने जबरन तीसरी बार पेट से कर दिया, और इसी बीच ज़ब एक दिन फरहान अपने जिस्म की गर्मी उतार रहा था तो चाहत ने मना किया जबकि सिर्फ सातवा महीना ही था जबकि इस्लाम में तो ऊँटनी पे बैठी औरत (जिसके 9 माह पूरे हो चुके हों) को भी हमबिस्तरी से मना का अधिकार नहीं है इससे नाराज़ होकर फरहान ने 7 माह के पेट वाली बेगम को घर से धक्के देकर निकाल दिया..
