Would you choose the Adventurer or Federation IV if you were only getting one? The Adventurer is 5.5 height and the Fed IV is 4.5 - is that correct?

@@paper_and_chrome Correct. I would choose the Fed IV over this one since it is closer in color and measurements to a movie hat.

Hello Russle. If you couldn't afford a Herbert Johnson regular Raiders rabbit pelt fedora. What would be your second option with, say, a 2 to 3 hundred dollar budget.

The akubra adventurer is a good option. Also the Akubra Federation IV Deluxe. I’d also suggest the Advintage Harrison.

@rustybullwhips1567 I've seen the Advintage Harrison, and I like it. I've heard that it will shrink significantly when wet. That's my only concern.

@@MidgardThunderThe Harrisons are great! A good hat stretcher can easily fix the shrinking problem if that happens. Make sure to dry your hat completely first though.

If your hat gets wet keep it on your head until it dries and will be fine.As a matter of fact mine got saiked through but kept it on and now it fits like a glove.

I checked it out and saw they are using Advintage Hat pictures in their website. I’d say stay away and buy from the real Advintage site. Any website that has high quality hats for a super low price could be a scam.
