Very thorough review of this property. Thanks for sharing. I have a question about property prices in Mexico. I see that many real estate companies, such as yours, is listing in U.S. dollars as opposed to MXN Pesos. Are you targeting foreign investment? I can only guess that the locals, unless wealthy, could never afford these types of properties. But some very nice homes.

Hi Tom, thanks for your comments, and glad to hear you enjoy the tour. This home is in fact owned by Mexicans living and working locally here. Since I am primarily english speaking, my target is, in fact the American, Canadian and European markets. Though I do have Mexican buyer and seller clients. Most of the luxury real estate here is priced in USD since it's a big target, but it's also a more steady currency.
