What an impressive cover of one of Deep Purple's most memorable iconic hits. Such talent is just unbelievably great. The lady has a fantastic voice, her diction is crystal clear & she sings it with so much passion, emotion & individuality. But if only she did scream like how Deep Purple scream that would have been the icing on the cake.

This has long been a favorite Purple of mine, I just about shit when I saw it here and heard it. This little gang did a great job with it! I love a lot of this obscure stuff one finds on KZbin. KZbin recommended this one to me, they do a great job at that. I've been turned onto a lot of great stuff solely on KZbin's suggestions. This one would make Ritchie and Ian proud. Great tune even with someone else doing it, they did it great justice!

I am one of those people that would be angry or at least challenging how could you decide to choose to do this, but as I listened, I appreciated it. I am still a fan of the original, but I do appreciate this. :) I am not the only one on this planet and I need to remember that. Also I need to be happy to see others appreciating the things I appreciate. I am typing while the video plays and this is real time reaction to what I am hearing. I have nothing to dispute or be angry about. I am happy to see this song continue to matter and have value to people's desires and wishes for the world. I also have wishes for the world. Mine are a bit different because I ask each individual to take responsibility for themself and while we are collectively trying to share things, we still need to have individual needs but also we need to have individual responsibilities at the same time. It has become a wild and volatile world and I don't understand why. If you understand respect and dignity and honor and just goodness, then why the ignorance and the anger and the fighting? IDK, I am drinking tonight and sorry for intruding into the madness

that's cool. i love the original too. but for me i don't see the point in doing a cover exactly the same as the original. bands need to add something new to the cover. their own personality and style. look at zeppelin. they covered a lot of misissipi blues artists but added their own style to it. bryan ferry also pops into mind with "i put a spell on you" both versions are killer.
