Fabulous looking bike. Always thought Specialized nailed the perfect frame shape with the Venge, and the first version from around 2012 was the best of all. More than 10 years later, still looks spot on, as good as any manufacturer's offerings of the present day. And I've never been one for cycling nostalgia.

Mate, the bottle cages you need are: Tune Wasserträger 2.0 Carbon Bottle Cage - 9g INCLUDING the bolts, beautiful and sturdy too! one of the best kept, if not the best, Bottle Cage secrets 🤓👌👍 I have this first gen Venge bikes too, SW 😁 .. just built it back up after stripping it down 3/4 years ago .. miss this beast!

Immaculate. The Doctor don’t muck about...even the chain....sparkling! 🤩 Would have been keen to know what lube he uses....on that chain....we already know his choice of lube for down under is Vicks...all the way.

I’m based on the outskirts in Oldham. Got some big hills hear as well. Hopefully this year once I’ve dropped more weight I may get a 30. Hoping to maybe come get on a group ride with you all once restrictions have lifted

Extreme saddle angle there but whatever works for someone.

Perhaps the Doc should check out a bike fit? If he's getting saddle sores it might be that his saddle is too high. Totally beautiful bike though.

Had a bike fit, so no issues there as my positioning on the bike is very good.. As I mentioned on the video, the saddle position is the most comfortable for my big fat arse 😂😂😂

Where can I purchased the front plate for the stem? Does that front plate fit all specialized stems?

Try Specialized Concept Stores. It's just a face plate to normal stems

The battery is in mounted in the seat post and junction box is on the handlebar 👍🏼

This skint scouser will have to stick with his average looking bike, with michanical shimano Ultegra R8000 on my Kuota Kryon without the carbon wheels 😉🤔😉
