With that Florida law wouldnt an African American family be able to sue under the law for making them feel uncomfortable by making false impressions of slavery, the civil war, and the civil rights movement?
@a243962 жыл бұрын
Not the way Republicans envision it. In the same way they believe "religion in schools" means "Christianity in schools" or election "integrity" means their candidate must win. So a Black family really isn't eligible because the law is only about protecting others FROM them. But the law can't outright say that. Once Republicans "fix" voting so only their picks win, then they can be honest. Until then? Don't anyone dare teach their kids about how terrible they are!

LMAO,wouldn’t that piss them off?? Win or lose, even if it became a circus, it would be worth it! @@a24396 they intended to only have legitimate lawsuits but people from anywhere can sue anyone from anywhere about any abortion and the state has to pay them 10k but cant make the defendant pay if they're out of state. That's assuming he was actually guilty of placing his hand on a woman's back in a lower position than she was comfortable with while a photo was taken at some county fair.
