I was watching this on Soul Train when it aired. I was a huge Al Green fan. However, I thought the outfit was a bit much. I told my boyfriend at the time I thought Al might be gay. My boyfriend got upset with me. He said just because a man was wearing hotpants didn't mean he was gay. My boyfriend had gorgeous legs and thighs, and a great body. However, he NEVER wore hotpants.
