Salah - based on the insane amount of minutes that he gets - prioritizes playing time. This tends to burn his legs out by the back 3rd of the season. Should LFC begin plugging in Chiesa more and more and say "sign or we have to begin the contingency plan- we want to keep you but we have to look ahead to next year". I think playing him all these minutes is bad for the end of the season as well as the negotiation with him. He loves playing all 90 and I feel like we are doing it out of fear and to appease him while this goes on. Turn the tables on him maybe?

What could Klopp have done if he got ALL the players for HIS system he wanted? He had buy secondary players and build them up , with lesser money, and he did it so well he is now one of Liverpool FC's top legend managers of all time. Slot have even lesser support from FSG, and he also is doing wonders with the squad he inheritated from Klopp, allthough Klopp and Slot does not play same football. So in theory Slot's system should not work. But he is master at adapting system to playerbase. But in long run that wont work. We are seeing last 3 games against top clubs (This season) of PL that LFC is struggeling cause of fatigue. It is very obvious in Salah, Diaz and Gravenberch that they are tired. Salah is doing great in scoring and assisting , but you can se most of the games he is not 100% in form. Even Graven is losing his form. Diaz did it after his injury. More will follow if this continue. Also Konate lost form after his injury. To many tired players and players not in form, will make LFC loose titles AGAIN. It happens to Slot, and it happened to Klopp. Cause they do not get players to the system they like to play. They need to find bargains and hidden gems. And the fact players gets tired and lose their form and gets injuries cause of over-playing them.
