Al principio fue la verdad / Galería La Mercería / Exposición Colectiva / Valencia / 2022

El 23 de junio se inauguró la exposición colectiva “Al principio fue la verdad” en La Mercería de Valencia y reúne a algunos artistas de la galería, esta es mi primera colaboración con Nacho Bofarull, director de la galería y un gran honor compartir con los demás artistas seleccionados y por ser el agraciado con la portada del flyer, no puedo estar más contento.
La obra que presento es de la misma serie de los paisajes borrados que he expuesto en BASE gallery de Bilbao, pero estas nuevas pinturas reúnen nuevas variantes y una búsqueda del tono más pictórico, no dejo de pensar en la luz de J. Sorolla cuando veo esta pintura, me recuerda a la luz con la que impregnaba toda su obra, que es la misma luz que veo desde mi estudio, no lejos del mar y de donde tenía la casa.
Inauguración: Jueves 23 de junio a partir de las 19:00 horas.

On June 23, the group exhibition "In the beginning was the truth" was inaugurated in La Mercería in Valencia and brings together some artists from the gallery, this is my first collaboration with Nacho Bofarull, director of the gallery and a great honor to share with the other selected artists and to be the lucky one with the cover of the flyer, I can not be happier.
The work I present is from the same series of erased landscapes that I have exhibited in BASE gallery in Bilbao, but these new paintings bring together new variants and a search for a more pictorial tone, I keep thinking about the light of J. Sorolla when I see this painting, it reminds me of the light with which he impregnated all his work, which is the same light I see from my studio, not far from the sea and where I had the house.
