Al-Qassam Injure 30 Israeli Soldiers In 2 Days In Gaza; Hamas Claims To Be Holding IDF Commander

Intense fighting raged inside Gaza's Rafah city with Israeli forces reportedly killing over 30 Palestinians in a single day. But Hamas' armed wing also stalled IDF advances in Rafah and Jabalia. Fierce fighting was taking place inside Beit Hanoun in northern Gaza, where Hamas fighters claimed to have tricked Israeli soldiers into a tunnel and blasted them. Meanwhile, Haaretz reported that 30 Israeli soldiers have been injured during fighting across Gaza in just 2 days. Hamas also announced that it is holding IDF commander Asaf Hamami, who was captured on October 7 during Hamas' attacks on Israel. He was reported dead in December 2023. Watch for more details
