This rate is a middle one, therefore, anyone can exchange this on less or above rate. Due to others factor which was existed when the BB rate was 110, in the carb market it was 117 or above. Still the factors are existing there. Therefore, there's a big possibility to see the exchange rate in the carb market is 117+7 or anything near about. Ms Jebunnesa Alo is quite right.
