As a kid, I would get what was called a "burr" haircut, now known as a buzz cut. Then eventually went to a crew cut, with a bit of hair in the front, held up by wax, and a buzz everywhere else.

That's the perfect haircut. My dad cut my hair like that every Saturday morning until I was 15. He's no longer around to cut it, but I still have the same hairstyle.

@@wargea1 Nobody thought it was unusual. There were other guys with similar haircuts. I did not want to grow it until my teens and eventually did grow it (ponytail in university). But that was a phase that passed.

This would have been a dream come true to me as a young boy. I had to have a crew cut as a boy and was sent to the barbershop every 2 weeks. If my barber would have looked like this I would have gone at least weekly. My barbers had hairy arms and horrible breath. This lady is super hot
