I'm a JSU rider but I respect you coach for being respectful and supportive despite the loss. I wish all our people were like that. A game is a game but a persons character means a lot more to our culture. The SWAC fans needs to check themselves because they are still MISSING the point. We are trying to BETTER ourselves! Coach Prime is NOT teaching HATE but the FANS are! We have to love and respect one another AFTER the game! It was a GREAT feeling to see BOTH teams fight hard and then have all that love for each other AFTER the game! Most ninjas DON'T like that!!!!

This game JSU was actually punched in the mouth and they were fortunate that A&M doesn't have a good offense but they definitely have a good offensive line, if they had concentrated more on the run, this could have been a different outcome....this was the 1st team that actually pushed JSU's front 7 around. How many times did you hear Aubrey Miller's name this game outside of the fumble recovery.

In addition, they both have excellent coaching staff and teams. I really enjoyed the ending of the speech......Coach Maynor telling Coach Prime to go win it in the CB and he'll be there to support the SWAC. Now, that was heartfelt.💖 Side note: ASU's Head 🏈 Coach and team need to take notes and learn how to attain excellent character.

@@andrewlpickfordiii9986 I've watched previous clips where the players & Coach displayed toxic behavior. At this game, the day before they broke bread. Celebrated each other. Then to hear Coach Maynor speak not the same as Coach Eddie Robison. He displayed poor sportsmanship, which also some of his players shown displayed. Another college team posted toxic or foul comments on KZbin about Coach Prime & the team. I am a novice at viewing football. I clushed my Pearl's in sadness to see such behavior. I am overjoyed with gladness to see Coach Maynor display the opposite. I also observed some of the JSU & Alabama players being friendly among each other. ❤️ Unity!

Coach Prime, I believe is being used to show a way, a template. Setting a precedent for HBCUs to thrive instead of always trying to survive. Not just on the sports' field is his vision for rebuilding succeeding: Take heed, learn, conceive, believe, plan, act to Dominate how he's showing to do business, market, network, interest in our kids well being, teaching character, leadership, unity, commitment, etc . To continue to thrive takes Teamwork (with a growth & succession plan) that makes the dreams work, not one man. And, its God in whom to look to 1st for all plans not man. He uses man for His purpose for the good of all. What is our purpose to help HBCUs, our children, our community, etc thrive & stop merely surviving? Do we setback to rely on one man/woman or do we jump in to see where to offer a helping hand? How God is in the center of navigating the plan will ultimately determine how strongly HBCUs will stand & withstand the test of time.

Maynor didn't think he could play with us. Of course, he would say that after the game being closer than expected. We scored two scores at the end of the half just like we did the previous two weeks. We actually came out and scored early in the second half for a change. 2 missed a couple guys wide open for scores when he wasn't even pressured. That's not to count the yards and scores the refs took off the board. We played most of the second half without 2. He can say what he wants publicly, but he knows inside that they got lucky. That game was never really in doubt in the slightest until Shedeur went down. They pulled out all their tricks and played like a team with nothing lose and still lost by 2 scores

JSU made too many mistakes. Alabama A&M made lot of mistakes too. The score was the score. A couple of those flags were the right call. You can't just blame the refs and say "If we didn't make so many mistakes it would have been different." Of course, its true but that goes for both teams.
@SonicBoomC98

@@lennyhughley3017 A couple at best. I watched highlights from several different people and the game replay. The penalties that brought back every one of those big plays was suspect. The ones that might have been wrong on AAMU had nowhere neat the impact in the game. With any game where there are questions about the refs, sometimes when they're called is a bigger deal than the total. We made too many mistakes, but officiating can throw off momentum and rhythm. I'm a JSU fan and they did play like garbage, however, the officiating was horrible. If the opponent was better they would have lost, but they didn't.

JSU is good in the clutch, it's not like JSU is just blowing teams out with a few exceptions of course. In the end, they seem to get the win.

How do you sign 38 D1 dropdowns or JUCO players and have a 3-7 record? After watching this game, I now understand why! Mistake after mistake after mistake-they were all costly! Interceptions, fumbles, screen pass thrown behind #7, pitch to #7 that was at his facemask(too high), 9 in the box and JSU still score on a long TD pass!! The two QB system isnt working either!

Because the SWAC is getting tougher and more competitive. I am a JSU RIDER but I tell the TRUTH. Alabama kicked our azz that first quarter! And we could have easily loss that game. Why are we playing like garbage this LATE in the season? Its because our players and fans think we are invincible. Reality check by a team who won 3 games tonight. Also, lets not discuss the possibility of JSU injuries! We need to humble ourselves!

@@reselleverything8062 Thats not it! These dudes should be more "ready" to play! After watching that game, it comes back to coaching! The 2 QB system was a train wreck out there and to allow a long TD pass to end the second quarter, where was the safety or prevent defense? As for the SWAC, it always have been competitive, but it was a comedy of errors...

@@reselleverything8062 JSU didnt play well and had to grind this game out. Some games are going to be like that! Teams are going to scheme better cause of all the film that's there. They will reenergize and be ready next game.

I will NOT attend the Celebration Bowl this year because Jackson State is a false representation of the SWAC. Prime is NOT SWAC, only a fool wants to be a big fish in a small pond. Who recruits D1 players to play in a D2 conference? I'll bet none of his players ever go higher than the 3rd round.

All Prime did was made he and his son look good by putting these young men around him, and have cause these players to lose draft money. Those WHITE FOLK will not see J-State as legitimate champions because they do not play equivalent talent. You guys should stop fooling yourselves. Prime is NO WHERE NEAR class and respect level of the greatest ever MR. EDDIE ROBINSON. Prime is a use car salesman/street cat! He is NOT intelligent, remember he and Hershel Walker played for the same team.
