“Cap and caged” beer is to protect the top from popping do to certain styles of beer that might create more co2. If you notice, those bottles are also thicker. The term beer bomb refers to a beer not protected by thick glass that creates enough extra co2 to blow up the whole beer.

DFH WWS is not barrel aged unless you got the BA version at the brewery. The regular version in bottle isn't. And Anderson Valley WT cannot even come close to comparing to those others you mention! Anything from Firestone Walker will blow the rest away.

Bro...this is the most entertaining channel I've ever watched! Instant sub. Reformation brewery has a Belgian Tripel called Jude 10% alc content, and Monday Night Brewery has a sour called Dr. Robot. Both brewerys out of Georgia definitely recommend them.

Deviels back bone Vienna lager. Has a clean malty backbone with bready note. It will probably taste sweet to you because of the Vienna grain malt. Simple and light for a hot day with flavor.

I've watched a couple of these and I think I know what kind of craft brews you would like. Hefeweizen, blonde ale, and maybe some of the flavored stouts. Perhaps even a regular pale ale. I would really like to see what you think of the California kolsch from Ballast Point. doubt you'll see this, but if you want a good sour beer, you want to try berliner wiesse's they are the kings of sours, they amazing, best spot local to me is Hidden Springs Aleworks, next best local to me is Arkane Aleworks. I like fruity beer/wine/liquor but it's about getting a good balance. Too much sweetness means it's not fermented all the way through. Apple moonshine tastes more like black walnut and aniseed, than apple, for instance. Fruit usually makes more methanol than other things so fractioning that and carbon monoxide out and using c02 for carbonation is extremely important... although this applies to any alcoholic brew.
