In 1982 on the Mountain Music tour I met drummer Mark Herndon during a break of the band playing softball 🥎 against the local radio station DJ’s. I was a beginning drummer and asked him how to play the fast part on Mountain Music. He showed me with his hands on his legs explaining it was a paradiddle-diddle between the kick and snare 🥁. He said to learn it slowly listening to Ride the Train from the Feels So Right album. I’ll never forget how kind he was to a young drummer and a total stranger! I’ll always love the Alabama band!

I have been listening to Alabama for more than 40 years. I haven't been privileged enough to get to see them. I pray that my prayers are answered and I get to meet them. Randy Owens has the most beautiful voice. I admire him so much. I have always said that I would hate to have a husband that was prettier than me. I never seen his wife until this year and she's beautiful but I still think he's prettier even with his white hair. I believe that shows the sign of a very blessed man. I honestly feel that even if he didn't sing I would be very honored just to shake his hand. The singing of the group Alabama would just be a added bonus. I'm disabled and have a bad back and leg. I was run down by a drunk driver 25 years ago but God was with me and I lived. The doctors said that I would never walk again but I just told them ( watch me) It took me 5 years but I walked. When I went back to the hospital for a check up I got up and walked over to the doctor and I thought he was going to pass out. Enough about me ( sorry) my Lord has always been with me. It took me 45years to get a ticket and I had been saving it but due to Randy's headaches ( he has been in my prayers) and the covid My dream may never come true it's in the Lord's hands now. I know in my heart that if my dream doesn't come true on earth I will be blessed to meet him in heaven but I do pray that it's earth. I would love to be blessed enough to see Alabama in concert. I hear that it's awesome. May God bless the group Alabama and I will continue to pray for Randy. I am really hurt and I can't stand a thief, if you want something or need something please don't hesitate to ask but please don't steal from me. After it taking so long ( years)to get a ticket. I had to have help moving on the 1st of December. It was taken. My husband's a retired army veteran and I'm disabled. The ticket I had was VIP. To be honest it would have to be because it wouldn't be complete unless I got to shake Randy's hand ( again it would be an honor)

Going to see Alabama this Saturday Aug 14th. This will be my 5th time seeing them! My first Alabama concert was in 1983 just before my daughter was born lol. Definitely the Best Country Group ever! I remember back in the mid 80s got their autographs and a kiss 💋on the cheek of Randy!! My heart melted 💓
