Atleast she didn’t use deadly force and she didn’t use any racial slurs so I don’t think it’s discrimination, I believe she would handle anyone in this manner; looks like old fashioned good policing to me compared to unaliving innocent citizens. The lawsuit doesn’t fit the crime. Few days suspension and training courses she’ll be fine.

Police departments and municipalities have lost 57% of the suits brought against them in Court between 2021-2024 and have settled 37% of suits. That only leaves 6%+/- of suits that are either dismissed or run their course and the cop or municipality is found not at fault. I'll take those odds any day at the expense of a cop or a town's taxpayers. Great odds for any man 😁😏 Besides that? $20M? Buys an f-ton of street justice. 😉
