I have my mattress zip in a mattress protector with a softer fabric one on top. I take the fabric one off and wash it once a month

Saying a product has however many "star" reviews doesn't mean anything....they could be poor ones... most times a product is advertised as having # of "5 or 4 Star reviews" ok well that's great.... but telling us something has 23k "star" reviews just means it was reviewed....not necessarily positively....however the way you say it implies they are all positive which is almost false information....I really enjoy your videos but this aspect really frustrates me ..... hate to leave a patially negative comment but.....

I guess you can't win for losing with the internet. I, too, noticed her saying "star reviews" and thought that doesn't give the rating. However, what it at least gives is the # of ppl who have tried/purchased and reviewed the product, which is helpful to me. If I'm interested, I'll see the rating when I review it online myself. 😊
