Employee training program and wages rules are only thing which can actually change the condition of real india. To actually have overall growthbof all sections of people we are in intense need of laws and rule regarding labour which includes all kind of works .

The main problem of the education system according to me is that it doesn’t get more specific at high school level. Students preparing for competitive exams and a lot of other students that have a definite plan and idea about what they wish to achieve after school are very frustrated because they are forced to devote a lot of time and energy to things that the school requires which have absolutely nothing to do with their future ambitions. For example how is the entrance exam same for mbbs aspirants and physiology aspirants? And why are the competitive exams not specific to the course they are for? Why does a medical aspirants have to study physics in such detail? I’m not saying that physics or chemistry is a bad subject, they are in fact wonderful subjects but why inflict them upon individuals who are shooting for something that has nothing to do with them? Why force students to write 150 word projects about such subjects? Why bother students with tasks and goals that will in no way help them achieve their ambitions and just drain them? I understand that not everyone has it figured out at the age of 16 and that is perfectly normal, but what about the ones that do? Why should they have to suffer through this? A possible solution in my mind is to make students select college courses they wish to pursue after 10th grade itself, and spend the next 2 years preparing for its entrance exam (each course should have a nation wide entrance exam exclusive to it) and learning skills that will help the student in his career, the corse he/she has chosen and social skills, entrepreneurship, finance management and general life skills. PS sorry for the long comment but please let me know what you all feel about this.

Medical studies is about medicines. It is not about plant biology, then why include it in neet. If this is the thinking, then it is wrong. Neet is designed to test core science abilities. Physics.... Why??? All medical equipments like x-ray, mri scan work on the basis of physics.

They put such topics so that they can test the student,physics isnt that much difficult , its just have small solns which have mixed concepts and they focus on speed and finding the soln for that question so that when we get a patient in emergency we can be responsive and correct with our decisions

How does devoting 2-3 years of cramming theoretical PCM knowledge in so much detail help me in studying CS?? Why not have an exam based on CS to select students for the opportunity thats related to their ambitions?? People who had nothing to do with computers are suddenly running after computer science coz they give good placements lol.
