The lyrics are based on a philippine folklore aswang these are creatures that basically look normal in the morning but turn to monsters at night they grow fangs and a long tongue to eat babies up from pregnant women lol but the way they played around with this concept was fun and could also be taken a a more sensual double meaning hahaha
