Arthdal Chronicles is a Korean TV series. The first season is on Netflix, but unfortuantely the 2nd season is not. I'm so happy for Forestella that they were finally chosen to sing a song for a movie soundtrack. I remember watching the TV series "Kung Fu" from the 70s with David Carradine when I was a kid. I also like the fantasy movies you mentioned where people have special powers.

So this is from the Korean show Arthdal Chronicles. Korean shows usually have OST's for certain episodes. This song, part 1, is for the first episodes of the second season of the show. I think they released it after the 4th episode. So, they'll release other songs for the next episodes, part 2 and 3. The first season of the show is completed but the second season is still ongoing. 6 episodes so far

thanks for your reaction on this! most reviewers tend to skip forestella's OSTs. this is actually their second OST. the first, from the historical drama nokdu flower, is here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/e2nTmn5vd9Nlh8Ufeature=shared. this new one is a more captivating song overall, but i think this one i linked to features their voices better. also, if you do ever get a hankering to watch a korean period drama, i recommend nokdu flower. it's loosely based on an actual historical era in the late 1800's called the donghak peasant revolution.

The Sword of Aramun is the second season or part 2 of the historical series Erthdal Chronicles .The story takes place in a fictional world with gods and myths and the plot follows twin brothers who are half human and half supernatural being, called Igutu. The twins were separated in childhood and grew up on two different sides in the great war for power against freedom and justice.
