Hi Stephen! I never ever comment any videos I watch, but I've been listening to your stories for a while now and I just wanted to let you know how much of a difference they make each night. You accomplish what a lot (and I mean A LOT) of other things I tried have not! I have to praise you and thank you. For everyone else out there that might read this.. I do not know what it is that makes it difficult for you to sleep, but I hope you manage to do it, even if its just a little. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day and a better night. I find comfort in the phrase of an old story: This too shall pass.

Yes Stephen, I love going to sleep to the sound of your voice and to your stories. I do have a problem staying asleep and I really like the stories that you share that have video with the relaxation sound after the story is over, so when I do wake up unexpectedly there's still a light from the image that you shared on the video. I don't like waking up in complete darkness. So just a suggestion asking if you can keep an image up along with the sound for the duration of the video Thank you with great appreciation and gratitude, and congratulations on your 100,000.

Mr. Dalton. I was led to your channel. That’s my story. Your voice is very soothing. Your countdown is the best I have heard. I do not remember much of the stories as I quickly fall asleep. I am still dependent on medication and very afraid to try to sleep sans. I will be brave enough soon and leave the rest to the Highest. Please consider a story about a celestial choir. I see the members wearing a big red stone on the Solar Plexus. Also forward and futuristic stories. The 3 breath was so good on the story I heard last night. The Healing Lake. Consider allowing for listeners that can take longer breaths and exhalations. I feel like I am asking for too much. In jest as I say that. Your magical suggestion to let the earth hold one up and support us is spiritually insightful. Thank you so much! Soon I will be brave and stop taking sleep aids. I am 62, and still trying to learn not to look back, as there is nothing helpful in the past. Namaste.
