I just had a close friend of the family take his own life last week. 37 years old such a tragedy. I can’t imagine the pain he was in to leap off a 4 story building. 😢

I know this is from four months ago, but listening to Alan's experience takes my mind back to when my husband and I were younger. We were blessed with two beautiful daughters but then at the beginning of 1989 I miscarry. After three more miscarriages I find that my hormone level was too low for me to get pregnant. My desire for more children was so strong that all I felt was that I was letting my husband down not being able to give him the big family that we both would have liked. I dropped so low that I wanted to end it all. Finally with the help of blood tests I found out why I had not been able to keep my pregnancies, with help I was able to have another daughter. One more miscarriage and my child bearing years are over. Looking back the one thing that has come from it is my ability to understand where people are who are going through depression. I am able to empathize with others.
