Key change this generation is Pickford has saved atleast one PK in each England shootout he’s been involved in. Combine this with 5 PK takers who score atleast 85-90% of their pens in training and match day situations goes a long way to explaining Southgate ball. Based on the numbers, penalties should mean victory for England. Saka and Rashford missing were anomalies last time round as was Kanes miss in the WC. Penalties arnt a threat to the NT anymore - a failure to be pro active is. GL England.
