well, it's more of an issue with the big music companies from what I've read. bit of a tangent but you may want to read up on Napster and Kazaa and what happened to them because I feel like the same would probably happen to KZbin if they didn't implement Content ID and all that stuff. I agree it sucks but when it comes to copyright issues, the only thing that really ever gets things done is copious amounts of money (yikes)
