Head here if you can, you’ll have a blast!" 1:20:52 Much like Rose Marigold, Nightingale seems to have been touched by the darkness and not fully taken. In this scene he can be seen in the shadows behind Rose. This creates the question of whether Nightingale has been chosen to replace Barbara Jagger as the face of the dark presence while Rose replaces Cynthia Weaver as the lady of the light. This is possible since Alan didn’t specify the exact fate of Nightingale - only that he was attacked by the darkness and dragged into the night. However, it is also possible that Alan himself wrote this into the manuscript after he entered the cabin in this episode. As Alan said, the scales always need to balance, everything has a price. Thus, perhaps in order to prevent a revived Alice from turning into what Barbara was, he instead gave the role to Nightingale.

So the main story is over, I know we got some DLC to go but..overall, I do like this game..but I don't love it. thats the best way to put it, your performance was amazing, your aim and planning was what I've come to expect, but..I dunno, Alan wake isn't a bad game it just...I think it tries too hard to be spooky and..its not? or maybe its because alan's charactrs kind a a dick and it bugs me? either way I did enjoy watching how you handled it, and I've watched the DLC I think one time, and don't remmeber it so that will be fresh and exciting too! looking forward :D
