I know nothing of how this genre of music is made or works, and don't listen to a whole bunch, But as an outsider, and a musician, looking in, I personally prefer fade. The production is certainly a lot better, and I do like the piano intro and outro, although I think it would have complimented the original intro bit after it not to include it as an intro. Kinda takes away some of its power. Also I wish the higher parts were only at the end like In fade rather than a tail or sorts. Takes away some of the songs progression for me. Just my thoughts

This song really helps me when I'm upset or depressed. It reminds me of around 2017 when everything was ok, and I was just a kid playing roblox on my phone. No worries about school, about life, none of that. Just having fun, enjoying the world. But things have changed so much since then. Every day it feels like the world could end. Im tired of that. I think I left part of myself in 2017, a part of me that i cant get back. I think i left my innocence back there. The world just ripped it away from me and showed me the harsh reality we live in. But honestly? Heck you, Life. Even though I've attempted suicide around 3 or 4 times, (you know it gets bad if you lose count.) I'm gonna keep living outta spite. Spite for the world I live in, to prove it wrong. I'm gonna live even if the world doesn't want me to.
