4:34 You meditate in eternal presence. You can’t improve yourself in meditation. There is nothing to improve. Ego is only a complex of clinging to itself. It dissipates. 💥 The mere act of suggesting looking inside yourself is an action which was planned beforehand, and as an act with a purpose, is derived by thought. It's difficult to get rid of thought, ego, goal. True meditation would really happen just by looking, just perceiving, just contemplating without any purpose, no intent, no thoughts, no goals, just pure observation itself. It's when the observer merges with the observed and so, gets in communion with the oneness. 🙏👍💥

Love the first half . The second half is completely out there man . When they start speaking a language I don’t understand the mind is too busy focusing on what did he just say . And why are the Omes off beat I can keep up with the rhythm

It’s a sort of vocal toning that isn’t actually meant to be in unison or rhythm… listening to a group do this doesn’t really get at the power of practicing it personally.

What is reality and who's reality is it? If one doesn't think, one knows nothing. Meditation is not stopping thought, but should amplify the inner thought. Looking into, make oneself centered and or conscience that the ego has yourself to one side and you must bring it back. For some, the ego is too big and wins, which those people can never meditate. They can't keep quite long because if they are not heard they feel they are not getting attention and the attention is what feeds their ego. Therefore they never achieve a meditation state. Because meditation would cut back the ego and let thy self be true. If you are not thinking while meditating, you are simply sleeping without dreams. You are in a state that conditions the body to cut off feeling and thought. That is not healthy in any way. Look inside yourself, when meditating, you can fix yourself once you realize your feeding your ego instead of your dreams.
