Is there a games room in the hotel? It looks a nice hotel are the negative reviews on trip adviser from trolls or are they genuine negative reviews?

Hi Keven, Yes there is an game / arcade room available in the resort. And to be honest our experience was good and we enjoyed every bit of it.

This hotel is no way a 5 star!!! it is a good 3 star at best.

Good review, but restaurants’ quality and food diversity is an important criteria for All inclusive hotels, which is missing in here.

Dieses Hotel ist weit das schlechteste Hotel die wir besucht haben. Du bekommst immer das gleiche Essen, sehr wenig Auswahl kein Service Hygiene unter aller Sau kein Personal nur studierende Arbeiter Strand ist sehr schlecht bei den duschen kommt sehr wenig Wasser leider ist dieses Hotel mit den anderen Hotels nicht vergleichbar von Service lieber bezahle ich 1500 € mehr dann hab ich den vollen Service so wie sie es gehört
