Since the very beginning, whenever Loid truly reassures Yor, he draws from his own history and experiences--not from "Loid Forger", but from "Twilight". He did so during that first party when he defended her in ep 1, and does so now. He talks to her about things I bet he never told anyone especially considering he's on a mission. I just think him easily and unconsciously opening up to Yor is the sweetest thing

Honestly, I'm glad Yor literally kicked Twilight for a loop. I do want Twilight X Yor, I just don't want Loid (faking it for the mission) X Yor. She deserves real love, and I think the show will get there eventually - once Twilight figures out why "she always throw me off balance." But as long as his first reaction to Yor showing affection is "I can take advantage of this," he deserves getting kicked into a flashback 😛

Although Twilight & Yor's obliviousness is more hilarious in the manga, the anime does a good job of showing us the pathos of two very damaged adults who deeply crave human connection. Twilight not remembering his mother's face shows deeply repressed trauma. Yor's resignation to rejection without question is a worrying indication of poor self worth. As much as we joke about the slow burn romance, Twilight & Yor need to believe they are loved for themselves before any future confessions.😢

I think he just doesn’t remember her face cuz he was a kid and it’s been so long lol, I’m not sure it’s repressed trauma. I don’t remember my grandmothers face and I was older than loid was when she died.

The fact is Fiona KNOWS it's a fake relationship at best and that loid doesn't actually like yor yet also that they are in a war and they are not allowed to enjoy normal things or fall in love , that's what loid himself taught her as her teacher that's the whole reason why she still haven't confessed to him even after knowing him for years thus she wants to be the fake wife for the mission atleast cuz she can't ask to be his real , not until they're spies and the war doesn't end

So in her pov they also have big responsibilities as spies and thinks loid has become soft cuz of anya and her which will effect the mission too , Meanwhile yor thinks loid is just another guy who genuinely loves someone(fiona) , for her it's normal relationships but for Fiona things are way too complicated cuz of their job and knowing yor is a fake wife , their POV are totally different so ya can't technically compare them

I just love how Loid genuinely respects and always thinks highly of Yor. "We agents of the state have been trying to rebuild this world through our blood, sweat, and tears. Yet, she managed to accomplish that on her own. You're very strong Yor" He basically said that she is better than him, and any other agents trying to protect the country just by being a mother to Anya, and just being her. He has deep respect for all the mothers in the world who would do anything for their child.

Loid deserved a kick in the face for trying to take advantage of Yor's feelings. I think it was a realization that Yor is strong and deserves respect, which is why afterwards he opened up to her and was then honest about his expectations for their relationship. I think before Loid and Yor can truly be together, Loid needs to be put into a situation where he chooses Yor over his mission.

To accept something, he must first realize it's there. There's some form of attachment and maybe attraction but I doubt it's fully romantic yet. So is Yor's. She loves the family collectively and wants to continue being a part of it, but I doubt she understands romantic attraction just yet. We'll get there. The manga is a long way from over.

@5:35 this is scene proven even in real life, that 65% of men prefer to marry a woman with the same personality of their mother.. When a man who loves his mother, see his mother's personality in a woman. He will pursue her no matter what it takes for him cause he sees her as a perfect wife and mother to his future child.. it highlights that scene on manga where Yor sings a lullaby to Loid he's sleeping and then Loid has a dream of his mother taking care of him.. sad to say, it doesn't highlight a lot on anime.

I'm so happy that you get that part with TwiYor T__T he may say it's for the mission, but it's beyond that. Also, if you look back at what Loid said, he said Yor always manages to throw him off or catch him off guard, and you're right. it's cause he feels very comfortable with Yor, as well as Anya. In short, those two really make him feel happy. I think Franky catches on with everything quite well, it's why he asked Anya, because from how I understand it, the way Anya genuinely loves Loid as her dad is confirmation to Franky that his friend is reciprocating that love (also to Yor). Becky and Anya are so adorable, as a manga reader I am beyond content with how they animated this. They're the cutest. I also love Martha, Becky's butler

This episode is great, but the subs seem a bit wrong. Yor was absoutely slurring her words which made the entire scene cute..... here its sown as she is talking normally after a point They also missed the conversion of the currency, Anya spent 100,000 yen on that keychain, that's why Loid is surprised

So, if you want another TwiYor date, I recommend checking out chapter 15.1 of the manga. They haven't used it in the anime yet(not sure why) and it takes place before getting Bond. It is a fun read.

Hm, it seems like Episode 24 is yet another one covering Two Chapters (Chapter 35 & 36 respectively), next Episode is the last one and it too will be covering Two Chapters, which means that, while this next Arc won’t officially end with it, Season 1 will end on a rather fitting note, i will look forward to see how it will be handled. Also, it seems like Extra Chapter 2 will not be covered this Season, maybe next one?

What you want to look for is an extra chapter which is one of my favourite scene (because it’s Yor and Loid moment of course😊) it’s really cute!!! but I think it’s very pity that they haven’t made it in an animated version 😢
