Anya was raised in a facility as an experiment. She only went to an orphanage after she managed to escape. I don't think her background or parents prior to the experiments have been explored yet. Clearly she remembers them, though, and that asshole needed his face rearranged. Loid held himself back just enough not to do it but my man Elegance came through in the end.

Spy X Family is really like a slice of life super hero show. The setting of this anime, the time period and soundtrack, could easily fit into The Incredibles universe. The scene where Anya tears up got me a bit emotional, but I actually shed tears when she's apologizing to Loid and resting her head on his leg. After how comical the first part of the episode was, I was not expecting such an emotional gut punch. I really enjoyed your reaction Miss Alana. Being from the UK every school makes you wear a uniform. There are very good reasons for it. While kids may prefere to wear whatever they want. Poor kids would get bullied more often for what they wear, It helps prepare you for when you get a job that requires you to wear a uniform. It prevents issues were kids are sent home for wearing something inappropriate. While I've heard people say "but it takes away their ability to express and be themselves and their individuality." It doesn't in any way or form prevent that. At least the school that I went to never did that at all. I can imagine private schools doing that by being very strict. but public schools. A uniform was mainly to prevent the issues I stated and prepare you for work. But there is still usually a difference between personality and behaviour when it comes to the difference between public and private schools even though they both require uniforms. It's not uniforms that make the difference it's the fact that private schools are usually a lot stricter and try to drill "elegance" into you where public schools are more relaxed as long as you study well and not mess about.

thanks for sharing! i definitely understand how uniforms prevent bullying. unfortunately at my school, we had to buy our uniforms and got to choose between different types of clothes (polos, sweaters, dresses, blazers, etc) so you could still tell who had money and who didn’t😫

@@AlanaMisako Ah okay fair enough. I'm not too familiar with private schools or even how they differ from the UK and US. The school I went to was a public school and I don't remember any difference between any kids uniforms other than the fact if you were in your final year. Instead of having to wear a purple blazer (That's right my blazer was bright purple XD) You would wear a black Jumper instead of the blazer for the final year. I can see both sides but even though as a kid I remember thinking it would be easier and nicer to wear just my normal clothes and trust me I want to wear my normal clothes as a kid. As an adult now I see the benefits it did for me personally. But again everyone has their own preference and I respect that. Just my preference from my own experience.

I think she did have parents and does remember them because she didn't start crying until she read Loid's thoughts about how her parents were probably already dead. So I think it was the thought that her original parents were dead that brought her to tears. As a result Twilight and Loid merged to become Loidman in order to protecc the baybay.
