This is a great question. This type of analysis is usually meant for new ventures that are attempting to assess the viability of their product idea. In your case, you would need to do a similar analysis, but incorporate more products. So instead of calculating the profit for one item, you would do this for each product you sell. Then try to project how many units of each item you anticipate selling to determine if this will enough to cover your fixed expenses. This will be a bit of guess work at first, unless you have prior sales data, but try to make your projections a bit more grounded by looking at other businesses that sell your products. Perhaps you can even talk with someone who is willing to provide you with sales information. Good luck!
