I visited Gunjur many years ago, beautiful place. Fishing boats on the beach, we had a picnic in the trees by the beach with some young Gambians who brought lovely food, and l went swimming with the girls. They were so hospitable, really made me welcome. True Gambia, away from the tourist hotels like in Bakau/Cape Point. Even though I only knew a little Mandinka language, and only the younger ones spoke English, it was great. Thank you Gunjur.

Naming Ceremony for a child/children. People are giving money for the family and the musicians I think.
