This podcast really touched me.😢 I've been going through depression, anxiety, ptsd since 2023, and hearing everything you two talked about really helped me in feeling hopeful that there's a light at the end of the tunnel. I could relate to Yoatzi about the thoughts you'd get when being depressed and it made me realize that I'm not alone and that things WILL get better. Thank you guys❤️

I can relate to yatzi and Alan with their undocumented struggles, the anger and jealousy I felt for those who had papers and weren’t doing anything with their lives, who took for granted all the benefits they have. Today, I still work so hard to keep myself in a safe environment where I won’t risk my status, I still have that fear to traveling. 😞 One day it will be better ❤ keep dreaming and fitting 💪🏻
@skdamg3 ай бұрын
Let’s move away from using the term “illegal.” 🙂 instead use the term “undocumented” as in we don’t have the proper “documentation.” People can’t be illegal, only actions can. Aside from that, great episode! So happy to see the platform you have both built :)

He never encouraged us, always brought us down when we wanted to do try something new. so when you said your dad has always been so positive. That shit brought me to tears. Parents make a big difference.
