my wife is from northern Buryatia and remembers hearing this in the local radio station as child. The language shares some similarities to Buryat and other mongolian/turkic languages and dialects.

Wow, as someone who lived in Yakutia (until recently), I'm surprised at how you found this. The singer was obviously not very well known here... There is no information about her at all. UPD: I'm lying. Turns out there's also another song from this singer on the internet, 'Ньургуһуннар' (Nyurguhunnar). Meanwhile, I advise you to pay attention to Angelina Fayrushina's (Ангелина Файрушина) album 'Дьылҕабар махтанабын' (Google translate translates it as «I am grateful for my fate»), released in 2000

Federal road A-360 'Lena' is quiet wide known between Russian/CIS truck drivers for (until the mid of 2010's) its very poor road carpet, taiga around the road and for sudden change of climate at winter, when comparatively mild Transbaikal winter with its -20...-30C drops to -40...50C. Maybe even some of them drove there hearing this song by local radio.

It’s about a beautiful girl and the singer describes her beauty comparing to a bright spring day, flower, sun, pearl, and begs her to smile :) michiliy - smile
