Thank you for watching my channel. As for this residential complex - I live here myself and the only drawback is the small number of parking spaces on the territory. Only 6±1 for 70 apartments. I am quite satisfied with everything else - management, landscaping, additional services (sauna, hamam, fitness room, etc.).
