I put the collar in first and then the cassette and rarely ever have a problem. Also, should add a note to never press the SERVICE button!

@@matthew53690 It locks that channel and may not actually need manufacturer service. You also have two other channels to use. It is natural inclination to hit the service button.

@@rlfd27 ahhh so that’s what happened to my pump the other day. I turned it on and channel one was red and not working

The transition sound gotta go. Vid would be better with just silence there
