Fantastic Song. This one is the greatest from all of their songs. Should have been a big hit ! 💙

I was in college when this album came out. I ran a radio show on the college station and played quite a few of the tracks regularly, especially this song and their cover of Kim Carnes "Miss You Tonight" (which I think I played EVERY show). If you haven't heard "Miss You Tonight", I encourage you to search for it and listen - it's gorgeous. To this day I'm puzzled why they never became bigger - they had amazing talent and an amazing sound. At the same time, at this age, I'm starting to appreciate that the lack of obscene fame makes their music even more special when I hear it. It's like they made their music "just for us", the small base of fans at that moment of that generation.

Thank you Alaska for this gem of a song. Its a marriage proposal. I hope it well wen't for all of the people that dedicated this song to the women they love. Not for me but its ok. Some are not men't to marry. Man what a song.

Alaska tell us war like it is- brutal, pointless bloodshed. However, think of what a melodic and uplifting melody this has and I swear there is no voice better than Robert Hawthorn in Alaska and Bob Catley in Magnum. The two bands overlap with personnel, but I suppose you also all know if you are watching this that Bernie Marsden was an original member of Whitensnake. I wish Alaska would reunite. I love them. Their music is solid rock, but with a really majestic sense of melody and precision. This song has always amazed me I love it.

I had a dream last night about this song and Robert Hawthorn that was very intense. I know he's turned (last I heard) into a Rod Stewart impersonator/cover artist and that's interesting as if anybody is the best Rod influenced singer it's him! I just wish he'd start writing songs and what I really wish for is some way to contact him. Rob if you see this get in touch you are amazing!

This is the 4th best song ever to declare your love to a women or men and ask her or him for marriage after Anywhere You Go by David Pack, Every Breath You Take by The Police and Is This Love by Whitesnake. That's my humble opinion,
