Thank you so much for this interview! Love Alaska, but I know she isn't the easiest interviewee to get juicy information out of. I thought Jonny did a wonderful job, he clearly knew his stuff (Alaska was taken aback about how he knew which book she brought to AS2 tapings), he was able to read her mood and push for the juicy gossip when there was more to give and reel it back when she didn't wan't to say more, and it kept what could have become a very serious interview moving along at a light clip. I also liked the positive shoutout reddit got on keeping the secrets.. a secret. The amount of comments asking, "What was the scandal with Alaska's ex" proves that while some info might have gotten out a lot of people were kept in the dark! I loved hearing about how Lady Red forgot she was recording with Alaska (but she killed it anyway that track is fire!). Also the emotional moment wherein she reached out to her ex was definitely pulling at the heartstrings. Can't wait for the Look at Huh's up later today!

I watched the season 9 premier and so far you aren't missing much. They switched to a new channel apparently (I stream from canada) and the thing that really bugs me about it is that they now censor words (and probably any future "inappropriate" content). So Rupaul's iconic catchphrase became "... and don't *beep* it up". Most of the shows best moments weren't family friendly so idk how they'll make it work now...

I followed her ex on Instagram. He posted stuff attacking her and he started with the spoilers buried in a "Alaska cheated on me letter.. I didn't know what the fuck the purpose of what I was reading even was until I got three quarters of a way down. And that was just the first time I ran across it. (And i in fact had to read and I deleted to save some of you all from having the season spoiled) Are you suggesting Alaska is in the right here and I should have logged off the internet for eight months?
