I like your style, the vibe. I'm going to suggest a Gen Z band, The Warning. They are 3 sisters who had a viral cover of Metallica's 'Enter Sandman' when they were 14, 12, and 9 (!) years old. But that was 10 years ago. They are on their 4th album now, Grammy-nominated, and too many other accolades to list. Start with 'Evolve' from the 2023 MTV VMAs and their worldwide fan group will flood in.

I became a Jinjer fan around 2019 when Tatiana was a guest on Liquid Metal / Sirius XM. When I heard a song by them, I thought they also had a male vocalist to do the growls. Pisces is the video that many people react to for the first time. It's original purpose was to showcase the new drummer (at the time) Vlad. It is entertaining to watch people's reactions to Tatiana's vocals. But once you become a fan, the guys in the band become equally amazing, as they are all world class musicians!

@@hemlock399 Yeah but OP's sentiment isn't wrong. Here, he gave a heads-up, then pauses and says something again, so they at least have some expectations - no, not for her growls specifically, but obviously the most genuine and unfiltered reactions come when nothing is said beforehand, I think we can all agree. Their reactions were fine, but it's possible they might have had bigger reactions if nothing was said beforehand, who knows.

This version of the song came out in 2017, not 2020 or 2021. I say version because the original, which is included in their King of Everything album, had a different drummer and was kind of a "forgotten" song, low down in the band members' favourite songs' list. When Vlad, the drummer in the video and current drummer, joined the band in 2016, he made the song sound so much better that they decided to re-record it and make a video, to showcase Vlad. What happened was that when reaction channels discovered this video, the spotlight shifted to Tatiana's vocals and the rest is history, as they say. Btw, the song doesn't change tempo in the choruses. Changing tempo means speeding up or slowing down. 😉
@donaldchapman43122 күн бұрын
Would 'chord change' be a better use of terminology for you?

Pro Tip for Brooklyn : When growling on the pitch : Best Tactic is Scare Tactic. Don't use the harsh growls on your own teammates... save it for when the breakaway striker in yer face lives in the back country. A well-timed growl will have them looking over their shoulder for a cougar. (I hear them out where I live, frequently [edge of the Coast Range, Oregon]... personally I'd go for the higher pitched howl, like what Tatiana does right at the very end.) From someone who lives in the backwoods and has to feed the sheep by the light of the moon : the flinch-reaction is a reflex, lol.

Hello Alaska! Incoming from British Columbia!! I see you’ve already met Nightwish, however, you’ve only barely scratched the surface. Ghost Love Score at Wacken 2013 is the most reacted to song on KZbin, but that doesn’t matter because it’s one of the best live performances ever. But that’s not why I’m commenting. There is another band that is upcoming with a huge following. Meet The Warning. A 3-piece rock band from Mexico. The Villarreal Vélez sisters - Daniela, Paulina and Alejandra. Dany, Pau and Ale. They are the best 3-piece band, the best rock band on the planet. They started playing as a band 11 years ago, at ages 13, 11 and 8 years old. They are now 24, 22 and 19 and just released their 4th album. Their career took a nuclear boost 11 years ago when their cover of Enter Sandman, uploaded into KZbin so their relatives could see it, got noticed by others and went viral. It’s presently sitting at about 26 million views and launched their career. They write their own music and control their own career. They are the best thing that’s has happened to rock music in 30 years. Try Hell You Call a Dream at a pro video recording from a year ago, in Mexico City (Pepsi Centre concert): kzbin.info/www/bejne/qWfFkHmdhtOLgposi=s64vwdTaNelQJRCo Original Enter Sandman cover: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z5PShox4brF5gLssi=2LHf3d9j4xTo3Xfq Official video example, Disciple, from their 3rd album Error: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pmqqlIZupdmjebssi=2XXMyI6P5CjL-PD5 Spanish language song. The drummer sometimes takes lead, this song was written when “friends” from high school told her, critically, that she was wasting her time in pursuing a music career. Narcasista = Narcasist….. don’t tangle with someone who has a public forum: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hWiscnieg5mFg68si=BtApV3CutqQwKDbw Studio version with pro video production from their first album, as teens, and pre-teens. XI Century Blood: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qaq3qpqXaNGJgpIsi=Mo8_VZwe3hi81PUz Most recently, they covered You Oughta Know by Alanis Morrisette: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eGLdi3RtZ6yKopYsi=LuuYQhMpgHFtbefC And finally, a pandemic fan selection cover of Radiohead’s Creep, by Pau, the drummer and main song writer.
