I take another look at Alaskan Road Truckers and see if it is finally worth buying or should you wait even longer for the Developers to improve it more? Are there still bugs and glitches, are the graphics better and has overall performance improved?

Forget about any bad graphics the game plays beautifully i drive class 1 in the uk and yes i play this game in legend mode i only use onboard mode i reverse the trailer without a problem the game is tbe best hgv game you will ever play on a ps5 and as for tbe view in the virtual mirrors its quite accurate for the digital mirrors on lorrys i drive everyday dark and grainy with not much idea of whats happening i love tbis game

Your experience with the game is obviously different to many others on PC as there are multiple reports of major bugs, glitches and graphical errors although I must say after adjusting some settings recently the game plays better than it has. I'm glad that you like the game as this may be a positive step towards the devs improving it for others.

All you had to do at the junction with the cars blocking your way was drive into tbe yard opposite let the traffic clear then back on your way

G'day ringofart, IRL the car would have seen that the trailer was getting close to his front end and reverse a bit to let it through but yes I could have done what you said, thanks for the advice 🙂

G'day Khemore, totally agree with you, it was so disappointing when I purchased the game to see something that looked so out of date then all the crashes and bugs started happening, however at least it looks like the Devs are trying to get it up to standard. 🙂

@@andiburton4501 No but they certainly improve the immersion and it's not just the graphics that were/are the issue with Alaskan Road Truckers it still has quite a few bugs and it also lacks some of the promised features. 🙂

I absolutely love this game. But there is a big problem with bugs. I had 23 hours in, level 17, 10k miles driven, and was having a blast. I bought parking spaces at my hq, parked my truck, and went inside to buy a new class 2 truck. The class 2 truck showed up in the middle spot and the original truck disappeared. I had to run to where the map said the truck was and it was nowhere to be found. Game breaking. I had to start all over from scratch. In 2 days I got to 8 hrs played, level 6 & 4k miles driven. I saved and bought another class 2 truck. It worked. But when I go to sell my first truck there is no option. The tab says class 6 truck when it should be sell. So I'm afraid to buy another truck, not be able to sell it, and not have room for a class 4 or 5 truck that I will need later. I'm on Xbox series x, has anyone been able to sell a truck?

I don't want to sound negative, but the shown graphic quality in your video does not make me happy for the console edition that soon will be released. The ingame promotion images they showcase in the Playstation store look nothing like this; in your video the graphics look very, very ugly. If it is like this; I will not buy the game for PS5... G'day Stone2D3D, My advise is to wait until someone reviews the PS5 version and check the graphics before you purchase the game, I have said from the beginning that the graphics are crap but the fan boys keep shooting me down and say they are good lol 🙂

I mean.. I don't care bout graphics and as long its not gonna ruin my immersion. So if the graphics are like that in the video than I'll still go for it. Though.. I totally get why someome wouldn't. It reminds me of like a PS4 game. Early on that is.

@@GhostSportsES The graphics and the glitches at first did ruin the game, that is why I stopped playing it, but they seem to have removed most (not all) of the glitches and bugs that is why I am giving it another chance.
