Good assessment...although I would argue that anyone (not just wheel users) who doesn't own the game should hold off until bugfixing is underway and we all get a better idea of exactly how committed the devs actually are to making ART a better game. They say that they're fully committed but they've already kind of given up on trying to optimize the PC version, so there's absolutely no guarantee that they're going to be true to their word when it comes to console fixes....so sometimes it pays to wait. After all, the exact same statements of intent were uttered by those behind On The Road, Truck Driver 1+2 and Heavy Duty challenge and look what happened to those. Two took years to be put right, one looks like it's never going to be any good and HDC was abandoned in a completely broken state! (ps) Logitech G920 wheels works fine....although it has only got basic levels of support and the shifter isn't recognised

Great video. Subscribed. Well done. I think that the camera setting so you can remove the hud is the 'Camera Prediction' set to 'Off'. I drove a little and camera stayed as I set it. Entertaining video, good work, well done. This game is 1000% better than all the other 'also ran' trucking games......even with its bugs and glitches. I'm sure they will update it in due course.

I play on the PS5 with a Thrustmaster T-GT and it works fine so far. The bugs I found was the sound felt out after I left a shop and the parking precision stars staying on my screen when I started the game again . This morning I got first an update before I started and found this problems after that. And yes...the AI it's in almost all this sort of games an issue with bus, truck or tram simulator But generally the game is not bad except some little frame rate drops maybe...it could be worse.

I play this on xbox. Still in the summer season and I'm really enjoying it still. Nothing game breaking as far as I see it. Definitely worth the purchase imo. The FPS drops aren't really bad tbh... all of the bugs aren't really anything that breaks the gameplay experience.

The games only running in 30 fps so tbh any drop breaks the immersion, I do agree with you it's very playable on controller, but for me the wheel is a definite leave till it's fixed, nothing worse than having to start the game unplug the wheel and even having to download the game from scratch. But it's great we all play and feel different about how games feel or play. I really appreciate your comments,on the game, gives another side. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

@PopcornSimulationGaming yeah, I could understand the headache with the wheel not registering. I'd be quite frustrated also. Hopefully they'll get it all fixed up soon.

The only time my wheel did not register was when I entered the game with my controller. Whenever I enter the game with my Logitech 920 it registers it. The only problem is I am having are the mirrors that look like they are three frames per second. The landscape starts flashing and the cars just stop at stop signs and never go again. You’re right there is absolutely no force-feedback. This feels like you’re almost driving Fernbus. It’s kind of like the wheel is there of but there is no information coming back to you. The wheel is always at 100% firmness at least on my 920

I'm lucky on the t248 I can adjust the wheel settings down so it's not so stiff right from the wheel, the no force feedback is hopefully going to come. As you say it's definitely like fernbus driving. I'm really positive that things will improve with updates, I'm also glad kinda we're all having wheel problems because at first I thought I was doing something wrong. Thanks so much for the feedback it's truly appreciated it helps us all out to understand more with the state of the game,. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A few bugs, but in time it will be fixed, I hope anyway. I use a thrustmaster tgt wheel, and it works, can't alter the heavy turning when manoeuvring in yards, but then I just use the controller, loving the game so far

I've had my wheel, TB Velocityone, stop responding when I come back to the game on Xbox Series X. What I found is that if I the start acceleraing with the xbox controller for just a brief second then the wheel is recognised again.

I re bought it and put everything behind me as I frame rate bugs and I'm starting to actually like it I really hope more things come to the game like more skill trees and more maps would be good oh and definitely need country radio stations

@randomcro24 I've found the graphics a little better if I play on geforce now with controller through my xbox browser. But in all honesty pc is just as buggy, even frame drops I really hope they get stuff fixed because it could be a little gem of a game

You can fix the in cab FOV in settings by turning off the recenter setting. Cant remember what its called exactly. That will fix you looking up at visor.

Hi Popcorn, I've been playing on Xbox Series X console using my Logitech G923 steering and everything seems to be ok, the only problem is that Shifters aren't supported for consoles, I've also noticed that some jobs that show up when you go to accept them they don't work.

Yeah I'm not sure if thrustmaster is worse but logitech seems to be holding up better at connecting from what I've been reading, and no shifter support is here yet for anyone, I do have faith it will be all fixed tho.. Really appreciate your comments thank you 🍿⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I like to go no HUD, but need blinkers in cab. That needs fixed. I seen many of the same bugs and glitches as you. I hope they work on this game, it has plenty of future potential. Another thing that would be cool, is after a while your truck gets dirty, so you will have to wash it. I wonder if the PS5 has the same bugs? I hope we as Xbox players didn't get a bad port.Good video and look forward to more.🙂

There's a fucking bug in the game that it won't let me buy class 2 trucks it would just freeze and then crash I'm on Xbox series s

have you tryed start the game then connect the stearingwheel? I have the pc version, and i have logitech G923 with shifter and truck splitter, and i have to disconnect the truck splitter before it will register it.

Have the same problem on the Xbox series S with a Logitech g920 wheel. I have so many glitches with this game they are too numerous to list.. Apart from the wheel I can’t access the dealership because it crashes, the game randomly crashes I can’t do major repairs in my workshop only in city garages and the list goes on
