Alaska, you should do a layout of a normal house, but then on a spinner wheel list all rooms like bathroom, bedroom etc. Then go in one of the rooms in the layout and spin the wheel. If the room in your layout is the entry way, and you spin something eg bathroom, you have to build a bathroom in the entry way.
