YOU SHOULD DO A BUILD CHALLENGE WHERE EACH HOUSE IS A DIFFERENT SIZE!! for the first one each room is 2x2, then 4x4, 6x6, etc. The house itself is only as big as each room put together (one bathroom, one bedroom, living space, and kitchen), and the rooms are what change sizes :)

Anyways, something along that concept. Maybe you and someone else spin a wheel (for who gets which budget) and you compete against each other.
