Caine either obliterates Alastor with negative difficulty, or it's the complete opposite. Wait let me explain. In episode 2 of Digital Circus it's implied that Caine created the Candy Kingdom, since he mentions experimenting with new AIs and the residents of the kingdom themselves revere him as a god. Furthermore, Caine has a ton of random abilities like telekinesis, portal creation various degrees of reality warping and likely more to be seen in the future. While Caine can't simply make Alastor explode or wipe him from existence since Alastor isn't a creation of his, the possibility of the former being able to create an entire seperate universe all with it's own inhabitants could POSSIBLY scale him to universal. Or maybe I'm just yapping.
