i really cannot get this to work. was this patched? th palico was standing 100 percent in the bombs and the snowman and it still didn't work. my framerate is also at around 200 fps so that should not be an issue either

Monsters with larger health pools seems to have particular areas where they take more damage from it. With Alatreon, He either died or didn't die. More often than not he didn't, which required a reset. So, I came back with sleep build and put my cat and whatnot in between his head and front legs. When Alateon stood back up, his left wing seemed to take all the damage and it way more consistent that way. Just try and keep at it. Would you like to see a video explaining how to slay monsters with the glitch more consistently?

​@@olivedrabgalaxyI certainly would! I only just learned about the glitch last week and now I want to try it so I can get past Alatreon and maybe Fatalis so I can get better gear to go back and maybe not have such a miserable time in those fights.
