Interesting idea. It appears that the weather in Albania in March is quite mild, so the positive is that it won't be crazy hot like it is in the summer. Not sure how the mountain areas are in that time of year. Albania in general is such a beautiful country with tons to see and basically mild weather all year round, except for summer when it is really hot.
