For the sponge🍰:
6 eggs at room temperature divided
100g/1/2 cup sugar
150g/1 cup+3 tsp sifted flour
5g/1 tsp sifted baking powder
A pinch of salt
For the milk mixture🥛🥛🥛:
400g/14 oz condensed milk
250ml/1 cup milk at room temperature
250ml/1 cup heavy cream at room temperature
For the caramel🍮:
400g/2 cups sugar
200ml/3/4 cup warm water
Garnish:
250ml/1 cup unsweetened whipped cream
White chocolate
